Nick Hughes
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Nick Hughes has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Hughes was employed by Diamondback Energy Services as their Chief Financial Officer from October 2007 to December 2008. From March 2006 until October 2007 he served as Diamondback’s Controller. From November 2003 until February 2006, Mr. Hughes was employed by OGE Energy Corporation where his last position was Senior Internal Auditor. From November 2001 until November 2003, Mr. Hughes was employed by Grant Thornton LLP, where his last position was Senior Auditor. From January 2001 to October 2001, Mr. Hughes was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a staff auditor. Mr. Hughes received a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Hughes is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
Nick Andrews
Sr. Vice President - Operations
Nick Andrews has served as our Sr. Vice President - Operations since March 2007. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Andrews was employed from November 2005 until March 2007 by Sooner Trucking / Diamondback Energy Services where his last position was District Manager- Western OK. From April 2003 until November 2005, Mr. Andrews was employed by Basin Engineering, where his last position was Operations Manager - Environmental Services. From January 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Andrews was employed by Terracon Engineering as a staff Environmental Scientist. Mr. Andrews received a Bachelor of Science from East Central Oklahoma University in December 2001 with a major of Environmental Health Science.
Ryan Stover
Director of Environmental Services, Technology and Applications
Ryan Stover has served as our Director of Environmental Services, Technology and Applications since July 2009. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Stover was employed by Diamondback Energy Services where he managed their Mid Continent Water Transfer operations from August 2008 to July 2009 and held other operations positions from August 2007 to July 2008. From May 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Stover was the Director of Business Development for Energetix, LLC, a private developer of natural gas fired power plants. Mr. Stover received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in May 2000.
Jennifer Rogers
Sr. Advisor Regulatory Compliance and Safety
Jennifer Rogers has served as our Sr. Advisor Regulatory Compliance and Safety since April 2009. Prior to joining Crescent Services, Ms. Rogers was employed from August 2006 until April 2009 by Diamondback Total of Oklahoma where she held various positions from operations compliance to accounting. Ms. Rogers received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.
Ashley Hughes
Controller
Ashley Hughes has served as our Controller since July 2007. Prior to joining Crescent Services, Ms. Hughes was employed from August 2006 to June 2007 by Sooner Trucking/Diamondback Total of Oklahoma as their Regional Controller. From May 2005 to May 2006, Ms. Hughes was employed by Cavanaugh, Nelson and Company as a staff auditor. Ms. Hughes received a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 2004.
Meagan Cruson
Human Resources Director
Meagan Cruson has served as our Human Resources Director since February 2008. Prior to joining Crescent Services, Ms. Cruson attended Oklahoma State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in December 2007. While attending college from 2003 to 2007, Ms. Cruson held various positions at several companies including Gaillardia Country Club, North 177 Mini Stop, and Western Tank Trucks.
