WHO WE ARE

Crescent Services was founded in 2006 to address the demand for well-site support and logistic services to the oilfield. Crescent has grown to over 700 employees with locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Colorado, Ohio, Louisiana, and Wyoming, with plans to expand to other states. Our corporate headquarters is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

Our services cover the life cycle of a well, from location construction through production. Crescent breaks down our service lines into two primary segments: Water Management and Environmental Services. We also offer a variety of rental items to serve customer needs.

Our ownership and management understand what issues are facing operators in the current market and we tailor our services to assist operators to achieve maximum success while respecting the environment.

Nick Hughes
Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer

Nick Hughes has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2008. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Hughes was employed by Diamondback Energy Services as Chief Financial Officer from October 2007 to December 2008. From March 2006 to October 2007, Mr. Hughes served as Diamondback’s Controller. From November 2003 to February 2006, Mr. Hughes was employed by OGE Energy Corporation where his last position was Senior Internal Auditor. From November 2001 to November 2003, Mr. Hughes was employed by Grant Thornton LLP where his last position was Senior Auditor. From January 2001 to October 2001, Mr. Hughes was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a staff auditor. Mr. Hughes received a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in Accounting from Oklahoma City University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Christian University. Mr. Hughes is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nick Andrews
Vice President of Sales and Quality Service

Nick Andrews is serving as our Vice President of Sales and Quality Service. Mr. Andrews has also served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Crescent Services, since 2007, prior to becoming Vice President of Sales and Quality Service. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Andrews served as a Regional Manager for Diamond Back Energy Services from November 2005 until March 2007. From April 2003 to November 2005, Mr. Andrews served as the Environmental Operations Manager for Basin Engineering. From January 2001 to April 2003, Mr. Andrews was employed by Terracon Engineering as a staff Environmental Scientist. Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelors degree of Science from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

Jay Froehlich
Chief Accounting Officer

Jay Froehlich has served as our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since February 2011. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Froehlich was employed from July 1998 to February 2011 by KPMG LLP where his last position was Senior Manager in their audit practice. Mr. Froehlich received a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1998 and is a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Management Global Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Froehlich also served as Treasurer on the board of directors for the Christmas Connection from 2004 to 2008.

Mark Bennett
Vice President – General Counsel

Mark Bennett has served as our General Counsel since September 2015. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Bennett was a partner in the law firm of Conner & Winters, LLP, with over 24 years’ experience representing private and public companies, as well as individuals, in general corporate matters, corporate governance, securities regulation, and business and financial transactions, including start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, financial instruments, and business development and corporate compliance issues. Mr. Bennett has represented issuers and underwriters in registered securities offerings, as well as issuers and venture capital entities in private placements. Mr. Bennett’s experience includes tax planning and tax controversies. Mr. Bennett has served as an adjunct faculty member at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, teaching agency and partnership law and corporations law. Mr. Bennett is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the categories of Corporate Law and Tax Law. Mr. Bennett is also recognized on the list of Oklahoma Super Lawyers. Mr. Bennett is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A. (Economics), 1987), Oklahoma City University School of Law (J.D., 1990), and Southern Methodist, University (LL.M. (Taxation), 1991).

Shawn Priddy
Vice President – Safety & Compliance Director

Shawn Priddy has served as our Vice President of Operations – Eastern and Rockies since 2011. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Priddy was involved in the Fuel and Lubricant distribution business in roles that varied from Regional Operations Manager to Executive VP. Most recently he served as a sales consultant for SC Fuels based out of Orange, CA. Mr. Priddy received a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma in December 1994.

Stephen Allen
Director of Technology

Stephen Allen has served as our Director of Technology since 2013. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Allen has worked in engineering and applied research for many major chemical, petrochemical and oil and gas companies for more than 35 years.  Mr. Allen is the founder and owner of an industrial automation company.  Mr. Allen has several patents relating to data storage and remote monitoring products, published numerous papers on automation, remote monitoring, and control, and is currently the manager of EnviroEdge, the group that develops and deploys automation solutions for Crescent Services, a full-range water transfer company. Mr. Allen holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.

Lindsey Emery
Vice President – Human Resources Director

Lindsey Emery is serving as our Human Resources Director.  Mrs. Emery has also served in various other positions in the Human Resources department since 2012. Prior to joining our company, Mrs. Emery was employed at Chesapeake Energy and in the oil and gas division at Express Employment Professionals. Mrs. Emery received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2007 and acquired a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma in 2014.

James Shaw
Vice President of Operations – South Texas and Permian Basin

J.B. Shaw has served as our Vice President of Operations – South Texas and Permian Basin since 2012. Mr. Shaw. has worked his way through various field management positions including District Manager – Haynesville Shale and Regional Manager of South Texas, since 2007, prior to becoming Vice President of Operations – South Texas and Permian Basin. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Shaw was employed by Diamondback Energy Services as Regional Safety Coordinator from June 2006 to September 2007 and their predecessor company, Sooner Trucking from 1998 as a roustabout/equipment operator. Mr. Shaw received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Health and Safety from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in May 2006.

Ryan Stover
Vice President of Water Solutions

Ryan Stover is serving as our Vice President of Water Solutions.  Mr. Stover has also served as the Midcontinent regional manager since July 2009. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Stover was employed by Diamondback Energy Services where Mr. Stover managed their Midcontinent Water Transfer operations from August 2008 to July 2009 and held other operations positions from August 2007 to July 2008. From May 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Stover was the Director of Business Development for Energetix, LLC, a private developer of natural gas fired power plants. Mr. Stover received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma in May 2000.

Tanner Stewart
Vice President – Safety & Compliance Director

Tanner Stewart has served as our Vice President of Operations – Midcontinent since 2014. Mr. Stewart worked his way through various field management positions including Line of Business Manager, District Manager, and Assistant Regional Manager, since 2011, prior to becoming Vice President of Operations - Midcontinent. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Stewart was employed at Total Environment of Oklahoma. Mr. Stewart received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in Landscape Construction in 2009.

Brad McAdoo
Vice President of Sales and Quality Service

Brad McAdoo has served as our Vice President of Sales and Quality Service. Mr. McAdoo has also served as our Corporate Sales Manager, since 2009, prior to becoming our Vice President of Sales and Quality Service. Prior to joining our company, Mr. McAdoo was employed by Can-Ok Oilfield services as Corporate Sales Manager from April 2007 to October 2009. From August 2006 to April 2007, Mr. McAdoo served as Manager and Sales Director for American Tank Gauge. Mr. McAdoo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise of Physiology and Associate degree in Math from Cameron University.

Michael Fontaine
Vice President of EnviroEdge Automation Group

Michael Fontaine began serving as Technology and Business Development Manager at the end of 2015 to promote and provide total end-to-end water management solutions to our customers. Having previously served as Operations Manager for our Automation Division, EnviroEdge, for the past 2 years, and district asset manager prior to that, Mr. Fontaine has worked his way through various areas of the business. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Fontaine’s experience includes management, marketing, and project management. Mr. Fontaine received his Bachelor of Science and Business Degree in Management from Louisiana State University in 2006 and a Masters of Science of Energy Management from Oklahoma City University in 2015.
